The Council of Nations was pleased with our performance overall, and the funds are pouring in, thank God. I've set Engineering to work on an additional satellite uplink, the next step towards extending our coverage. I've also ordered construction of an Officer's Training School: we need to make sure that combat experience gained in the field isn't lost, and to increase the size of our strike teams.
Not everything is rosy, however. Mexico is on the verge of hysteria, as are all three of the African Council nations. If I can't do something about this in the coming month, XCOM might lose their support entirely.
